St. Charles Auditions for the children's event "Sing-A-Long with Santa"

Auditions for Steel Beam Theatre's popular children's production of "Sing-A-Long with Santa" are Wednesday, Oct. 12, from 4 to 6 pm at the Theatre, 111 W. Main Street, St. Charles, IL. Director Lori Holm will cast approximately 24 young actors between the ages of 9 and 16 to perform in this audience participation extravaganza, with singing, humor for all ages and fun physical comedy! There will be TWO casts who share the performances. No appointments are taken, no preparation is needed. Actors will be taught a short song from the show and readings will be from the script.

Rehearsals will be primarily on Saturday mornings beginning October 15. The show opens November 19 with performances on Saturdays at 10:30 a.m. and 1:00 p.m., and Sundays at 1:00 p.m. through December 18. This is a tuition-based program ($195) which includes two free tickets, script, costume, tee shirt and pizza lunch on final day of rehearsals.
